Little Chalfont Village Day
Little Chalfont Evening WI will be in the Village Hall during Village Day where we will have Homemade Cakes and Sweets for Sale, Craft, Chocolate Tombola, Bottle Tombola, Make a Crown, Where is the Treasure, Refreshments and of course the Competitions.
Make a King or Queen Scarecrow, open to everyone, this is a public vote so think outside the box!
Victoria Sandwich Competition, your recipe, design and decoration.
Children's Fruit and Vegetable Animal Competition, two categories under 8's and 9-15.

Kings and Queens Scarecrow Competition
Schools, businesses, Volunteer Groups, Families, Adults or Children (under 15), Alone or with Friends, all welcome to showcase your talent in scarecrow making. Entry is FREE!
This year’s theme is ‘Kings and Queens’ and you can interpret that in any way you wish. The Scarecrow must be free standing. We need your application forms by 14th June so that you can be allocated a number and a location and go on the trail map. Scarecrows must be in position by 10.30 on the day and removed by 4.30 on the day.

Your Victoria Sandwich can be your own recipe and with any decoration of your choice.
One entry per person and each entry must have an entry form (they will be available on the day)
Your cake must be covered in clear film or a see-through dome
Entries must be delivered and set up in the Village Hall between 9.00 - 10.00 to allow for judging.
Any entries AFTER 10.00 will not be accepted
Entrants will need to remove their exhibit by 16.30.

Fruit and Vegetable Animals Competition
Your Fruit and Vegetable animal can be made with any Fruit, any vegetable or a mix of both. All animals must be made of fruit and vegetables only and no other material can be used except for fixings.
